This final chapter offers a summary of the three main interpretations of the management of sports development as a vision, process of organisational and personal change and related practices. It builds on the lessons from all previous chapters by providing a clear picture of the key conceptual issues and practical skills needed by sports development workers. The chapter concludes with some suggestions for future research and teaching/training agendas.
